Vista

Since the start of my photographic journey, I’ve been attached to landscape imagery. It opened me to the idea that photography can be used as a means to express but due to the uncontrollable factors; wind, rain, sun, and seasons, I found myself lost in the process.

Exploring this series gave me total control over the subject’s composition, immersion in light, and the color and tone. This gave me the opportunity to convey any mood and story, only limited to the subject’s form. Photography allowed me to explore a new vista every time I open the camera.

The approach used in this collection is not done in the sole purpose to trick the viewer, rather, it’s to remind that there is always unseen, in often the ordinary, that can inspire and spark emotions, to take the viewer into a journey that doesnt exist elsewhere.

I’d like to share these imagined landscapes from seemingly mundane objects transformed into grand vistas.
